The Metro Gold Line is the light rail system that currently runs between downtown Los Angeles and Pasadena. Plans are underway to extend the system east - adding stations from Arcadia to Montclair. A study was recently conducted to evaluate if the system should be extended further, to LA/Ontario International Airport. The study concluded that extending the line was feasible, and its final recommendations proposed routes and potential station locations to from Montclair to the airport.
